I was happy until I was not given my key faub & had to come back down there to pick it up. Had a spare key faub in my purse and that’s the only reason my car started. Didn’t think my keys would still be there since I’m not used to holding my keys to my car. My house keys were on that lariat that was left there.

My vehicle brew it’s 4th spark plug. How does that even happen? If the salesman would have told me this vehicle blows spark plugs and it’s going to cost you $500.00 every time not to mention everything else that goes along with this defective issue I would have never bought the vehicle.

Jose is great. But there is something wrong with your service area. We had an appointment for a smog for our F250 2002 deisel. But it took extra long because the service area was not prepared to do the service and had to upload different data in the system. Since we had an appointment that should have been done before we got there. Last fall we had our F350 diesel smog apppontment. When we got there they had us set up for a tech who was not qualified for a diesel. Then 2 yrs earlier when we were there for F350 diesel smog, the tech said it didn't pass. The service person took us back to the tech who showed us how the manual said it would not pass BUT he was looking at a manual for GASOLINE not our diesel engine. Seems like you only have new people at Gasoline Alley.
