Communication is key. When your vehicle is in for service and maybe having some issues addressed, a daily update would be appreciated or at least every other day. You can’t separate service from sales. Poor service makes the sale opportunity very difficult!!
Ida and the Service Tech were very polite and went out of their way to assist me.
Their professionalism and integrity are very high and they treated me with the most respect and courtesy.

I only bring my car to you because the service is covered under the warranty. Notice you were not the actual dealer, and the Oak street lot will never service another of my cars . ‘17 Fusion Hybrid, ‘19 Ranger 4x4 crew cab, ‘20 Fusion Hybrid. You will never get another sale from me. Educate the people you have working for you....you can talk to 6 people at your dealers and get 6 completely different answers!

Came in to have my maintenance completed and ended up stuck on the side of the road after almost crashing into other drivers due to a piece not secured after my appointment. Ford was quick to get the part and said they would replace it on my vehicle, but never let me know if it was completed or not.
The only thing fixed that was noted was the front end that was under Recall. Then I had to pay 100$ because they said the tie rods had to be replaced. When clearly the tie rods need to be replaced because of the front end being out of compliance.
They still haven’t figured out the long cranking, also the squeak in the front end and the fuel filling problem. I was told all these problems were repaid and were not.
Matt got me in and out super fast. Really appreciate his help
