Brittany was courteous and patient as ever. Always helpful no matter what the issue is. I met the Service manager Nick for the first time and was so impressed with his availability and knowledge in helping solve my Navigators problems. Even when my original complaints did not appear to be warranted, he went above the call of duty to ease my concerns. If not for their professional courtesy I would be seeking service at another mechanic. We are in the process of getting a new truck and my friends are moving to Dodge, and my business may not be that valuable but because of Nick and Brittany I will be sticking with Jim Burke in the auto mall.
Mr Munoz was pleasantly nice person , very patiently and always had that answer for me. Made me feel welcome since it was my first time. We need people like that .

I was not satisfied with your service your service technician ruined our car key and your service rep (frankie) did not offer to replace or refund for the key (175.00) he instead offered an unacceptable excuse blaming us when actually it was your fault because they key was working fine before they serviced the vehicle also we are stll having the same electrical issue with the vehicle i will be contacting the Ford manufacturer for further assistance, we paid $300.90 for poor service.
Jose kept me informed of the service and everything went well.
