Why am I being charged for something that was never repaired while still under factory? I started having issues with death wobble and was never completely resolved. Now that the 36,000 mile warranty has passed I have to pay?

I didn’t appreciate that I received a rental that was smaller than my vehicle. I had to rent an additional vehicle while my vehicle was in the shop because the dealership wouldn’t match the same size car as mine.

The only issue I had was that I asked to have my tire inspected because it has been losing air slowly. When I picked up my truck I was informed one tire needed air but no inspection was done. I was then asked if I wanted to set up ANOTHER appointment. Now I get to waste more of my time dropping off and picking up my truck. Thanks for your understanding.

Tabitha was informative and up front about the maintenance needed on my vehicle. She also was honest about my options, due to the amount of time my vehicle would need to sit before it could be driven. I most appreciate her professionalism and her responsiveness.
