Frankie was great. However the tailgate Ford logo was not reattached after replacing the backup camera. I hope you find it in your shop and are able to reinstall it next week.

When Brittany called me back the pick up & return were great. It was the contact before that was completely unsatisfactory & I discussed that with her. In addition, the “supervisor” I was sent to didn’t answer and never returned my call. I also am very unhappy with being sold a bunch of bull on what the warranties I bought will cover. I have paid for warranties on both cars I have with you & neither paint incident has been covered. I believe I am owed a refund. I purchased them on the guise that dark paint will show nicks & scapes more. While this is certainly true, none of the expensive warranties covers them!! I have already given a negative review to potential customer due to poor service department.
