The “check engine” light being on, it proved to be a malfunctioning hose in the air intake of the engine. It was ordered and available next day. It was installed before noon next day. The dealership provided shuttle service both ways. Pretty satisfied with Matthew’s service. I would go there again, if needed.
On the other hand, I have significant concerns on the car (2018 Ford Transit 250 Diesel PowerStroke) reliability. Been in the shop several times due to minor and not so minor problems. Too many times for a car that’s 3 years old and 21k miles!
