Toni, Matthew, and Jimmy were extremely kind and helpful during my visit. It was a really simple, silly fix. It was a super hot day and they were very busy and they fit me in and sent me on my way. Thank you all for fixing it so quick and not making me feel like an idiot.

Ida is amazing as always. The tech got done what was needed. But there were multiple locations on the drivers side that had grease marks and there was DEF all over the place inside the full door and down the side of the body of the truck. Other than that perfect.

The only comment I have is that the Works Timing app not only doesn’t allow you to enter the queue electronically, but it has the wrong number for the Automall location. And then when I did call to get on the list, I was told to come at 3:00, and it was nearly 3:40 before my vehicle was pulled in for service. But, service was quick once it was in and the service desk was helpful.

Your survey is messed up. It asked if i wanted to get a value for my trade in and then said i was satisfied. But my issue was with the rental car person. They showed up late to work and therefore i was late to work.

The tire technician figured out pretty fast what was the problem: a defective tire, most likely factory defective. An existing different set of had been installed and now I am waiting to see what to do with the defective one.
