Hope you fix my vibration told salesman when I got it he said drive it for awhile cause of new tire I had 6,000 mile on them it's still a problem I bought new tires I hope it doesn't destroy them it's to go they think it's the rearend now I'm getting upset

3 weeks prior scheduled repairs. Service said they were not told to order the parts, and sales said that they had been ordered and in expect touch up paint. All items should be in before waiting time.

I was very impressed. I am here in Indiana working (from out of town), and woke up to a dead battery and a voltmeter moving around a lot. Not a good feeling to be sure.
I drove to the Colonial Toyota store without an appointment, explained my trucks symptoms and put myself at the service advisor’s mercy.
He got me processed in and explained the next steps, putting my mind at ease that I would be able to drive my truck to work tomorrow.
I went to the service waiting area and made myself comfortable, and before you know it I was being advised that I did need a battery. I told them to proceed and they went about testing the charging system for functionality.

My routine service appointment was on time and the total price for today’s work seemed reasonable although I was hoping to use a coupon for some sort of discount but I haven’t received any lately.
I appreciate the way that Chuck addressed me by NOT using phrases like ‘honey’ or ‘dear’ - he was friendly and and DID NOT talk down to me. - I felt as though I was respected as a person and valued as a customer.
