Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly, and fair. Many people won't go to dealers because they say you will get ripped off and I didn't feel that way at all and will be returning!!

I dropped my vehicle off at 8am to be serviced for an oil change, tire rotation and recall. I was told it was going to be roughly 2.5 hrs so I decided not to wait for it. Upon arriving to pickup my vehicle at 4:00 pm, I was told it wasn't done yet and would be another half hr without any explanation as to why it was taking 5.5 hours more than I was told. I decided to wait. 40 minutes later, it still wasn't done and now I no longer had a ride. Finally, 15 minutes after closing I was informed that there was a part broken during the service and was given a rental because my vehicle wasn't going to be completed that day. While I appreciated the rental and the complimentary oil change for future use, I am beyond frustrated that nobody called me to tell me that it was taking longer than expected or that there was a chance it wouldn't be done. Communication would have eliminated a lot of inconvenience for me.
As always, no waiting, explanation of work done very clear. Pleased
The fix did not work yet, I am still getting a message to try to install the Toyota download for the apps.

I appreciated your prompt service on my vehicle today. My tire was losing pressure and you were able to fit my Camry in to the schedule today. I received a call within 2 hours that a nail was in the tire and it was fixed. I had other commitments later in the day so after picking up the car I was able to meet my obligations.

Was told when purchased vehicle since they didn’t do a good job detailing it they would do a good detail when they put the hitch on and they didn’t. When received back there are a bunch of scratches on the back area of the car

The job done today was performed well. I appreciated that the window sticker shows a return date in 6 months, given our current use of the Prius.
The only question I have is why the wheel bearings replaced by your collision shop a few years ago failed before the original equipment on the other 3 wheels
