I’m satisfied with my brakes yes but the squealing is still there I believe it’s the rotors or wheel bearings I’ll have it back up there

Let me start by saying this, Jollene was very nice and I feel like she tried to provide a good experience. Other than that, nothing and I mean nothing has went right or as described to me. The “repair” that was performed on my new truck is absolutely abhorrent. Now because the person who performed the work did such a terrible job I will have to get new plastic covers for my rear bumper (there is long overspray all over mine), and possibly have to get another new taillight (there is paint on the brand new taillight). This is in addition to having the work redone because it truly sufficient. My experience thus far as a customer has just been not good. I’m hoping it can be turned around.

We are happy with the service. There is one thing that you could improve on and that is the terrible door slamming in the wait area. There is a door on the other side of the wall. It slams all the time. Seems like there is something that could be done to make that a little more peaceful.
