I waited and waited to check in my car, cause as he said I have 4-5 others to check in , so I waited on the steps for my check in, then after seeing my car being taken into garage I went over and asked “am I waiting to check in or What ???? “ I was told “your checked in” ????????, I was NEVER asked who I was or if I was waiting (I was dropping it off and coming back when done) so to stand around for a good 15 mins NOT knowing what was going on was QUiTE annoying To be quite honest the more and more I come to Runnemede Toyota the service gets worse and worse, both in Service Dept and Sales Dept, and I have been dealing with them for at least 10 yrs Thru 4-5 vehicles, I am All but ready to go elsewhere from now on ????????????????

It was after 3pm when I noticed both headlights were out. Mr Yackimowicz took my info and told me to pull my car into the garage. Within 45 minutes I received a text that my car was finished. That has never happened before and I certainly appreciated the quick service.

My 2010 Prius was repaired quickly and Mike fielded my numerous questions with immeasurable patience. He and the Prius tech made sure all my issues (and feared issues) were addressed. When work on “Super Grover” (it’s *that* shade of blue) is necessary in the future, I know exactly where I’m bringing it. Thank you! Mac McLaughlin

Chick was fantastic as always. He is the only reason I came back to Toyota of Runnemede. We always follow him to where he works. Keep him happy or you will loose 4 customers.

Charged for service covered under my service plan, Toyota Care Plus. Money was not refunded. Told it was my responsibility to tell them I have a service plan when haven’t needed to do this in the past. So it other words, it’s my fault. Perhaps the question should be asked to every customer concerning the service plan and not blame your longstanding customers.
