I found the welcome and hospitality was lacking. When I purchased a vehicle everyone was pleasant and helpful. When I returned to get a promised second key programmed, it seemed nobody was interested in helping me. Initially I was passed off to three different people; then I was told I can’t get an owed key without the original salesperson present. He was not. I made it clear I had received a phone call saying the key was available and I had to make an appt. I made the appt, took time off, and was not leaving until I received the promised key. I asked to speak to someone else. The person then helped me begrudgingly. if it was possible to do this, why did he initially tell me I had to come back at another time? It should not have required me to make a demand and declaration I was not leaving without my key. It seems help and hospitality is only possible when a car purchase is on the horizon.

There was some confusion with what work I agreed to have done. I asked if the cabin filter could wait & it was done anyway. I called several times to clarify but got voicemail. Also when I dropped my RAV off the night before, I was told I still had Toyota Care, yet I was charged for the oil change. (This is the second time I was charged . The first time my fee was finally refunded.Although this service center is the most convenient, I won’t be using it in the future.

I was satisfied, but I wish I was made aware at how long it was going to take. I was at the location waiting from 10:30 am to 3:20pm. It was for a oil change service, warranty computer update, and a malfunction in the adaptive front lightning (per app telling me). I would have made arrangements to drop off and come back had I known it would take as long. Thank you for your time.

Had an appointment the guy did tell me it will be a while. A man took us home and that was the last I heard from anyone. I drove with a friend to just check and see maybe they were still working on my car. At this point it was about 8 830 no one was there. My car was on the lot. Not in the shop! I had an appointment at 2pm and my car was never touch! I had to take my car. I received no call saying that they would need to keep my car. They had no rentals at the time and told me I can pay enterprise. I am a single parent and I don't have extra money to rent a car when I feel that one should be supplied. I have not heard from anyone and this has been about 2 weeks now. I did call today to speak with someone and I still need my car fixed! If they dont want to do the work I will go to another dealership. I also never got my key back and am using my spare. I was very disappointed. I have been dealing with the same dealership for a long time. I was shocked by the non customer service I was provided. Again my car still needs to be fix.

Everything was pretty much fine with my service and it was completed pretty fast. When I picked up my car, I was still getting the message that I was due for service when I started my cat. It was a quick fix with one of the mechanics.

As I was waiting to check out, one of the salesman walked over and kept continuously belching, no mouth cover, no saying excuse me. It was actually pretty disgusting. Please tell your employees to act professionally with customers present..
