Despite making an appointment weeks in advance I still had to wait both to check my car in and for several hours before it could be returned to me. My car only needed an oil change. I have been loyal and continued to return to the dealership for maintenance.. However ever with the amount of time this this small maintenance job required I could have gone and may in the future go to an oil change place much closer to me where I can get my oil changed in under an hour.

I recently discovered that service advisors have an at least partially commission-based salary which is shocking to me. It made me question my last service which was much more expensive than I anticipated. I, therefore, requested Chuck today. I trust Chuck and believe he is very honest. I feel confident that he would not recommend service that wasn’t needed. I will continue to request him as my service advisor in the future and commend him for his integrity and customer-focused approach to his job.
