Being ripped off by dealerships is a terrible feeling who to trust where to take your car ... Hitting a curb in an intersection is a stupid thing to do and I can't believe it happened to me!!! When I take my car to a dealership I expect it to be fixed but to go into needing a tune up and new tires and a list of things outside of problem makes me frustrated. I get upset when an oil change is 60 dollars and during the oil change a dealership can't put in a bad turn signal light without charging an hour rate of another 60 dollars. I guess dealership are not concerned with loyalty or service like they say. I think Charles was good to me. I am thankful he treated me good. I didn't like spending 1700.00 to fix my problem but Charles was good and I'll be back if I need anything.

In the 5000 mi.service notes, it says Oil change,but I was told not until 10,000mi service.That should be changed if that's the case.

My oil change was scheduled for 9:15AM. I arrived 10 minutes early, and was told that I was not put on the schedule. I then waited for over TWO hours for my car to be serviced (11:25AM). I waited at Toyota Runnemede the entire time. My car was the only car being serviced at the time, as I looked and saw no cars on the lifts in the back of the shop. I'm consistently confused as to why I have an appointment at a particular time, and have yet to be seen in a timely manner. I have had my car serviced at this location for almost FIVE years, and this has been happening almost every time. I spoke with other customers today who told me similar instances they have experienced, like mine. It's rather sad, because I really enjoy my vehicle, but the service is lacking.

Came in for 145 appointment and when I asked for an approximate time Anthony told me about an hour and a half, two hours at the most. Somewhere close to 4:00 I went to inquire about my vehicle since I saw it parked outside and one of the service techs that I asked for help he told me that I would have to speak with the person who checked me in, and when I said I did not remember the name, he questioned me as to how I could forget a name in two hours time and then told me sorry but he could not help me. When I finally got one of the other guys to look up my order, they said that the car was finished and someone named Anthony took my order. When I asked Anthony why he did not tell me that my car was done, he said he called my phone to leave a message .He had called my HOME phone! Why be didn’t he try my cell phone since I was sitting in the dealership. Not sure how you get repeat business with such abysmal customer service? Very bad experience!!!
