I made it known that we were waiting for the car. At 11:15 it was not started. Had to call the service manager to get the situation resolved.

Oil fill cap was not reinstalled on vehicle. Vehicle hood latch was not resecured. Both were potentially catastrophic from both a safety and mechanical standpoint. Engine compartment is a mess. Car smells like oil in interior. Hood insulation is oil damaged. Your procedures to execute an oil change are poor as clearly the multi-tasking of the 3 routine authorized jobs caused this condition. I also noticed my front tire pressures were unequal and low. All of this leads me to worry if my front brake replacement was executed correct. I feel a senior technician should re-inspect the brakes. I am extremely dissatisfied.

I have been going there for years. It used to take an hour for scheduled service. Now it is 1 1/2-2 hours. Same service but more frustrating

Work wasnt performed when it was documented that it was showed the manager the proof !!!! Its the same thing evwrytime once i trade this car in im done with toyota i will never own another big part bc of the service department!!!!

Had bumper warranty and were told the repair would cost 837.00 now I don't know about you but bumper to bumper means just that.We spent 1500.00 on a what we were told was bumper to bumper warranty.You will be hearing from the STATE DEPT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS AND THE BBB.THAT TELL YOU WHAT THINK OF YOUR ENTIRE DEALERSHIP.I forgot on thing when we picked the car up on sat 5/14/22 the engine light. Was of and on mon5/16/22 the light came back on so we brought the car back on tue 5/17/22 and the rest what I already have said

Chuck is excellent hands down. I have never dealt with anyone more helpful in all of my car histories then Chuck. This review has no reflection on him as he did not contribute to the errors made on my vehicle at all. The rest of the facility has failed all of my expectations and lost my trust completely. 22 years of service and loyalty and now you can’t take responsibility for the second error made on your part on my vehicle. I’m very disappointed that my service rep was apologetic but after explaining the situation to a few other toyota team members and requesting to speak to a manager, that I wasn’t important enough to listen to. I’m sure if myself and my children died in an accident that would reflect directly back on you and maybe then you may have time for me. I wasn’t given any explanation or apology by your team. I had new brakes and tires replaced at your facility and was unexplainably missing lug nuts on my wheel and had to find this out while I was transporting my kids home from school. This is unacceptable and I can only hope that this mechanic is made away of his crucial error because I don’t think he would feel comfortable driving around in my position. The error was fixed but no responsibility taken for it, no compensation of my time and the appointments I missed because if it. Please do better. I don’t want to move on because I have been loyal my entire driving history, but it may just be that time. A young employee relayed that there were a lot of new service mechanics who started. I suggest informing them how important it is to make sure the wheels are attached to the car.

Absolutely brutal, three hours for an oil change with a scheduled appointment the service tech could’ve set a time expectations better. I got in the car all the paper liners and plastics were there and there was no oil change sticker very sloppy job. On top of it I had to listen to profanity on the sales floor from your sales people
