Had an 11:00 appointment. Vehicle not returned until 2.5 hours later. Ridiculous. This was a routine maintenance appointment. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Every time I bring my vehicle in for service, I am approached my multiple salesmen asking about what type of car I have, do I want to turn it for early lease termination?, etc etc. It is bothersome and can be annoying sometimes, especially since I just want to get the car serviced and leave.

I made an appointment for the recalls and they still didn’t have the parts so I have to come back again. And they didn’t reset the oil change or check the tires like I asked. They also left a lot of trash in the car. I understand those are protective barriers so they don’t dirty the car, but they could have taken them out when they were done. Also, I’ve never been there before but no one seemed interested in helping me know where to honor what to do. Terrible service.

Charles (Chuck) is an attentive listener and communicator. He keeps me well informed about my car’s service. I always leave appreciating Chuck’s help. Also, Lydia who answers service scheduling calls is exceptional! She is a true people person and such a pleasure to talk to each and every time I call. (I cannot tell you how much I will miss her when she retires someday.) I hope Lydia is recognized by Toyota for her contributions to consistent and outstanding customer service. Thank you!

Lack of customer service from Anthony Cintron wouldn’t let me talk and ask questions about service done at my vehicle since on 5/7 I took vehicle for 58,000 miles maintenance service and was there almost 4 hours waiting .After I was driving my car back home and the engine light came back on call back and they told bring vehicle back on 5/9 at 7 am and Mr Mike took care of me and check my vehicle in .Mi Mike was very professional ,courteous , nice manners and very humble the opposite from Anthony Cintron with his arrogant self .5/10 My car was back again for service at 7 am because the engine light came back again and Mr Anthony Cintron would try to cut me off will get it fix no worries and I reply okay .I left did not get a text or tel voice mail that my car was ready so at 430 pm I called to check on my vehicle Mr Anthony Cintron was like avoiding to tal to me and finally said we fix your vehicle I don’t know what happen but I call you and got a busy tone please on cell phones give me a break then he said I also sent a text what phone # because we are females we are not entitled to ask question about service rendered in my vehicle long story short I told him let me talk and ask question and stop cutting me off you need to learn to listen to your customers .Maybe he can register himself for a refresh course on customer service and simple manners learn at home .Long story short I would not look for him anymore as my advisor also reported to his supervisor Chuck .Mr Mike and Chuck both apologized to me , apparently today job was TECH FOUND CODE PO441 incorrect purge flow ,found purge hose and vacuum hose reversed tech removed and reinstalled hoses properly ,clear codes rechecked ok now . Also when I told Mr Anthony Cintron another issues with my vehicle I will take to another Toyota dealer with capable technicians his answer was go for it ,after telling me I was screaming at sorry I’m Puertorican I talk loud .Thank you Mr Mike he deserve a raise or better position excellent customer service from him .
