Free service is good but the ability to get through to a human to set the appointment was brutal. Plus they forgot to reset my dash. My dashboard says “ Maintenance Required.” So overall I’m happy but little things could be tightened up.

I absolutely love how my vehicle operates after my recent service visit. We arrived at the location and were promptly greeted and advised on turnaround time for tire replacement and Perform Wheel alignment. Vehicle drives much smoother, feels brand new! I’m very pleased with the entire experience.

The only bothersome part that I was told it would take an hour and a half to change a tire and it actually took closer to 3.

Anthony was attentive & cooperative regarding my schedule so that the work on my Corolla 2003 could be completed. The warning lights on my dashboard are all off, suggesting that all of the necessary maintenance had been done. Next will be to address my Prius 2013 for its maintenance before I have to travel towards Buffalo, NY at the end of the month.

Charles is great. Toyota of Runnemede better provide long time customers with at least a ten percent discount on service or I'm gone. Times are changing. Give me a reason to stay!

When I called to make the appt. I made it clear I had to be out by 4 so they pushed the appt from 3 to 2. I waited an hour and a half and they still hadn't gotten to my car. I talked to service Mgr and he was very nice and mentioned I was next. I got out after 4. I know you're busy but the waits here are always very long. The work you do is always good, but the wait is painful.

I asked to have the tires checked and the tire indicater light turned off. It was not done. The light is still on. I did not have time to return to the service dept.
