I asked for the washer fluid to be filled. I was told it was part of the service. When I got home and tried it it was empty.

Chuck didn’t explain what was done on the vehicle. He had a bad attitude because he was by him self but it’s not the customers fault. They change my car key battery and still don’t work. Chuck hands me the keys like it’s work when I go home and check the key it’s not working and I called him back to speak to a manger he said they left for the day so I told him when my key not working he said he has to look in to it he should have told me before I leave I want a refund and I left Holman Toyota because they gave me bad service and not you guys giving me bad service I want my money back I will be there tomorrow.

Anthony Cintron was a very informative staff member. The problem I experienced was I scheduled this appointment many weeks in advance and dropped off at 7:00 AM. For service as a waiter. 2 hours and 30 minutes later I was done. I have never waited that long for ANY vehicle. Anthony explained that it was due to staff shortages. I wish I knew this in advance so that I could of been picked up or just dropped the vehicle off. There was no communication until 2 hours later when I inquired with the maintenance staff. Completely unacceptable.

I was charged for oil change while is under Toyota care prepaid policy. I requested a refund and It was deny. It was dealer representative fault, not mine.
