I was almost charged for a tire rotation, oil and filter even though I have the maintenance plan on my vehicle. I was told that I need to specify that I paid for the maintenance plan every time I drop my vehicle off even though I make appointments by my name and my information is saved in the system. When I first purchased my vehicle there was a clerical error on the part of the dealership that resulted in my maintenance plan not being activated. I had to meet with the finance manager to activate it the first time I came in for service. I was told that the issue was corrected, but at this appointment I was still almost charged for a service I already paid for when I bought my truck. If it is the practice at Toyota of Runnemede to make the customer have to state that they are enrolled in the maintenance plan at every service, then maybe it’s time to update the workflow to avoid overcharging their customers.

I got no answers with the problem with the battery other than it checked out ok and I can buy a new battery if I want for 500.00. Not what I expected from Toyota.

Chuck was very down to earth yet very professional and knowledgeable. He knew the vehicle and generally talked about solutions to the problem without making it sound major. I was impressed with him as a person and a representative of Toyota of Runnemede.
