I had a 9am appt scheduled weeks in advance. An hour and a half later, my car was still sitting out in the parking lot. Only when I texted complaining, was my car taken in for service. I am hopeful that my vehicle received the service it was due for because it took them a whole 20 minutes to complete. What is the point in scheduling appointments if you make people wait a ridiculous amount of time? Oh, and none of my texts were answered by the service department so to even text me and act like it’s a source of communication is pretty much stupid. I will never buy (bought 4 vehicles in last 4 years) from this dealer again or ever have my vehicles serviced there. They completely ****.

I will not be bringing my car back for service.
I’m not sure the problem was fixed. My gas tank and fuel sender gauge were replaced, but a full tank of gas is still only showing a range of 435 miles when it should be over 500 for a RAV4-Hybrid.
Great service and Mr. Yackimowicz has been wonderful and very accommodating in helping have my car serviced. He also was very professional and me out expeditiously.
Was pleased with service and no underlining surprises.

Upon arrival and pulling into the service area, 3 or 4 men sat behind the desk, didn’t acknowledge that we were standing there or anything waiting to be helped. A young kid came, put the paper mat in the car and covered the seat with plastic, still not being acknowledged. After finally being helped we waiting about an hour for just a hose being disconnected. After we were finished we checked out with the cashier who said our car was right out front. Walking out of the building it wasn’t right out front but ALL THE WAY in the back of the parking lot. Better customer service is a must!!!

My car sat at your shop since Feb 21st, after a couple days they couldn't find out what was wrong with it and then i was told they where waiting on the part i called several times and still nothing,i called on March 7 and still nothing,today suddenly i get a call from Chuck stating my car is done,and i asked what was done and was told they put in a used part but never asked me if it was ok before the work was done,and so $1066.00 dollars later car is done but with a used part.I will not bring my car there again or give any references.I appologize for my bad comment but that's what i have to say.Thank you

The first availability to book the service was after 5 days, i just had regular service and i asked to check for software updates as wifi doesn’t work, it took 3.5 hours and i didn’t expect it to be that long i missed my appointment, honestly i didn’t ask how long it would take but also i wasn’t told it gonna be long, despite knowing i was waiting in there for the work to be done, the good point is the problem was fixed, i don’t have any problem with your staff too, but sounds like you need to increase your staff, i hate to hurt a business so i removed my rating on google and i didn’t want to even write on google so i only put rating when i was there and really fuming, but removed it afterwards, i’d be looking at different dealer and hope they won’t be worse.
Anthony was really efficient in his job and pleasant to talk to. He explained all the necessary repairs in simple terms and why it would be best to have them taken care of now as opposed to later. Did not feel pressured to have unnecessary work. Although my car is a 2008 Corolla LE I still bring it to Toyota for reliable service.
