I was Disappointed that my car was not cleaned before it was returned back to me I’ve purchased several cars in my lifetime brand new and they were all returned to me cleaned inside and outside and on occasion I was left of red rose on the car seat

My husband was extremely unhappy with this service experience. He waited 2 1/2 hours for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. The tire rotation was never done. The service bay person told him he loses money on providing this service. We have an appointment to potentially buy a new vehicle that we may now cancel.

After receiving a text that my car was done, the key was not at the cashier desk and I was told to go find it in the service area, after finally getting the key I was told my car was way back in the lot by clements bridge rd, a freezing walk to find it. Never had an experience like this in the 20 years I have bought my car here

After waiting three hours and spending hundreds of dollars I could not find my car in the lot, so I asked where it was and I was directed to a back lot next door behind the diner. I find this totally unexceptable, I bring my car directly to you and I have to search your lot in bad weather for my car when you knew I was there waiting for it.
