We scheduled an appointment & waited for over an hour & after checking with the staff the status they told me to wait another hour so I took the car without being inspected due to recall issues.
Service advisor's deal directly with the customer who vent their anger,frustrations and complaints about the service they received rather than the mechanic who performed the service. This person needs to be kind caring supportstive and works to resolve a the complaints from the public. Not like management who sit in the offices and talk to each other throuout the say. Their time is not directly used to vent concerns unless the person request or asks. The manager which most people don't know that they should handle complaints. Most managers are shielded from the anger of the public. Being a RN with direct interaction with the public I realize this is a very important position. This person needs a great deal of patience be slow to anger & work quickly to resolve the issue. All of these qualities are reflected in Charles Colamarino. I have purchased 2 vehicles from your agency. I utilize both and both have low mileage and are serviced well I am not interested in a new vehicle I love the two I have and would not trade them for another. Thank you for employing such a great service man unlike the younger ones who sit talking with management to try to gain influence. Have a blessed day and be safe.

Quoted 2 different estimates for tires, was told tires weren’t in when they were, tire pressure light came on driving home, and they never cleaned off the tires when installed. There was white pasty stuff on rims and tires. Very disappointed

I was there for over 3 hours without having been updated.
After 2 and a half hours, I had to seek an update.
I understand what’s going on with the pandemic and maybe having limited help but you should keep you customers updated. I haveh a faulty seat belt

And I have never had to wait that long ever.
I feel as though someone misjudged the extent of problems with this vehicle in which i must still bring it back in for the 3rd or 4th time due to the reverse camera still not working. And the fact that i was out of commission with this vehicle for more yhan half the time that i owned it.
I was very unhappy my came in at 1pm on 12.30.2021 to have service done and had to the car and had to wait 6hrs before she was told that the person that was supposed to so the recall air bags left year. And they now are doing the original service and still had to pay which I think it should been free since she had to wait so long... but as far as everything else the service was good. Thanks once again and HAPPY NEW YEAR 20022

The TPM sensor warning light which we were told would be fixed by replacing tires is still appearing. I am loosing trust in the service performed at this dealership. It is unacceptable to spend that amount of money and not have the issues resolved.
