I called because my Toyota leased vehicle (through Toyota Runnemede) had a flat tire. You could hear the air coming out of the tire. In order to get my car to the dealership, I had to fill it up with air 2x. My appointment was for 10:30. Initially I was told that they could not find my tire protection (despite the fact that I told them it was through Toyota Runnemede and in my lease) Several hours later, they finally told me they did not have a tire in stock because “I did not tell them what kind of tire was on the car” (I was never asked). I was not allowed to make an appointment until the tire arrived. They told me I would be contacted at that point. When I expressed concerns that I had a 35-40 minute drive to work, I was told to just drive the vehicle and continue to put air in it. I do not think that is safe for me or my young child. When I complained shortly after this phone call, I was told I would receive a status update at 8am. No call came at 8am. I was then told the tire would arrive by noon. I had to call 2x at 1:30 before finding out the tire had arrived and no one had called me. I am extremely disappointed with the service and care I received from Chuck and the team at Toyota Runnemede and would like a followup phone call so that I can be assured this will not happen again.

Chuck Colamarino …. I hope you all know that he is your diamond. He helped me so much. He went out of his way to make sure I would have the best possible experience of trading in and buying a new car when my ‘97 Tercel was beyond repairs. Give the man a bonus and a raise!

Sat there from 8:30 waiting for Rav to be finished. Appointment was at 9. No one came to tell me it was finished and they were aware I was waiting. Finally when I asked apparently it had been done! Now it is 12:30 or so and was on the phone figuring out what was due as it was under warranty and they could not find it. I had taken the warranty in prior to and that is when Mikeset up appointment and then phoned when the parts were in. Now they can’t find the warranty and said it was third party. I do are if it was 5th party as we purchased fro you! Finally they got it all straightened out and now I can leave. Next problem, where is the vehicle? They find it and now I have to get them to move others out of the way so I could get out. We have never experienced this kind of treatment before Mike was off that day taking his daughter somewhere. But only Mike could have moved this on???? I sat there fro 8:30 until after 1 and there was no need too as I told them I will wait for it. The gentleman that helped me finish up apologized and was very nice but still there was no excuse for the poor lack of communication and making sure your customers are inform! I am the owner but Bill brings it in for service. That was his day off and he sat there for a good part of the day which should not have happen! Kathy Lewis ****-****-xxxx

Communication with team was fair, no complaints. The price equates between work and parts was not ideal; between transmission and tire rotation, cost was $900 plus with the bulk of cost being labor. Maybe some coupons to help out customers who want to be regulars.
