Manager was on phone when I went to pick up my car. Would have liked to have had a conversation about what was done to my car. Sales person (Loc) was very helpful when I called for help!

It took way to long for my cars to be serviced and I had 2 vehicle's there at the same time and for 2mth. They do not communicate with the customers, you call they don't answer, you leave voice-mails they return them a week later if it gets returned. This last vehicle Lenny was very unprofessional, nonchalant, my car was damaged while on there premises and I was told to call after the beginning of the year for an appointment for them to fix it. He does not have the people skills to be in customer service. I am currently speaking with counsel because this is the worst experience I have ever had!

Charles responded very promptly every time i asked for an update on my vehicle. He also called a rental car for me right away once he realized there was none available. There was no hassle for me and everything was covered under the car warranty.

I had an appointment at 11:30. My car wasn't even looked at until an hour later. I was at the dealership for 3 and a half hours for what ended up just being a nail in my which they had to replace. I was extremely dissatisfied with my service.

Within two months I was at Toyota every week trying to get things fixed with the car that was promised to be fixed before I purchased. Kept getting a lot of run around with repairs being done. Then when they did one repair they broke something else that I had to repeatedly ask to be fixed. I wasted a lot of time in the dealership over a span of 1 1/2 month. Kept be brushed off and lied to. To the point that one day I left in tears because I’d the frustration and the level of non communication between sales finance and service. One department would always blame the other department on why things weren’t getting done in a professional manner and being done correctly. I missed a day of work because they called me and told me a piece they ordered came in and for me to bring the car to be repaired, only to sit there for 4 hours and they tell me it was a mistake and the piece never came in. SMH. I will never recommend anyone to buy from them. Mind you I was making payments and didn’t even have tags and registration. They made me drive around on a expired tag for almost 3 weeks and said they couldn’t give me another temp tag even tho it was there problem they were having with getting the title to the car. Just HORRIBLE. So I’m not happy with them or my purchase but I’ve already signed contract… NEVER AGAIN AND I WILL BE LEAVING A REVIEW ON THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE. Finally after much confrontation and wasted time I finally got my tags and car repaired after 2 months.

Fine service. Recommend staff directed to come out to talk (or just call on phone) instead of texting an itemized list of repairs totaling almost $1K when I was just expecting an oil change and maybe minor repairs. Otherwise helpful and friendly. Called me “my dear” which seemed odd.
