Dropped my car at 9:10. Usually takes about an hour Left the service center at 1:35. I have MY phone number b/c I was going to leave. I never got a call. My phone number is ****-****-xxxx.

Not trusting Anthony is doing the work needed to fix my truck.He gave me a hard time about work he has not completed properly and quite frankly was rude as soon as I stepped out of my truck.Hopefully when my parts get in someone other than Anthony will make sure my heater fan is installed.I simply don't trust him anymore

I got an email to bring my car in for oil change at 5,000 miles but then I was told when I got there it would cost me $99. I was to receive the maintenance program but then found out it’s for only 3 services. I was told I need tire rotation at 5,000 and oil at 10,000 so they used a coupon for this but now I only have 2 coupons left since I was told that my car needs oil changed at 10,000 miles. I wasn’t explained anybof this when I bought the car.
