No I’m happy with my service they didn’t fix my door locks . Why wouldn’t they check all the doors to make sure they are working . If the Technician would’ve checked all the doors he would’ve seen that the passenger side door does not open with the key fob now I have go back again on my day off to get the issue fixed .

I was satisfied with the service because I didn’t wait for my car I got picked up. I left my car at 7:15 and received my call at 10:15 . If I had waited in you showroom that long I would not have been happy. Michael was very professional. I learned my lesson on the last oil change sat in the waiting area for HOURS..

Choas, unorganized. Forget the man's name but he was rude from the start of my experience. Never had a bad experience with Toyota in Turnersville, so we will start going back there.
Both problems I’m experiencing are intermittent. Both reoccurred on my drive home.
It took 2 hours to do something I could of done at home 20 minutes to do.
The price for reattaching a heat shield and a mud flap was very high.
The service was good and in time.
I brought it in for service because there was a noise coming from the front end. The brakes were replaced and I was told that was the source of the noise. Driving home I discover that the noise is still there. I called about 3 days after first hearing the noise and was given the first appointment which was one week later. I own 2 Ravs and at least two other Toyotas and this is the first with this front end noise. The car was driven only .3 miles after I dropped it off. Maybe it should have been driven a bit more to appreciate the extent of the noise. BTW.Mike Joyce was and has always been great. The technician should have verified the noise was gone.
