I had an 845am appointment for a small $22 spring and I didn’t get my car back until after 4 pm. No updates on price just a few generic text messages. I wAs told I would be called with the problem and price. Never happened. Glad it wasn’t a lot of money. Your service use to be much better

Today was the exception … I waited over three hours for my car to be finished I would of preferred to know ahead of time That they overbooked appointments I would of rescheduled… I had an early afternoon appointment that I barely made it to on time

I am very disappointed with the work done to my vehicle and extremely poor customer service! I have spent over 12K on work done for this vehicle! When warranty is done, I would never go to Toyota and Runnemede ever again neither would I recommend them to anyone.
