Waiting 2 hours for a simple oil change is way too long. I saw many employees in the front of house hanging outside talking, smoking etc. I can only think the mechanics were doing the same thing and that’s what took so long. I didn’t get the feeling employees had a sense of urgency or the customer was top priority. I will service my truck elsewhere for now on.

Went there to get Michelin tires put on and a salesperson intercepted us and we were under the impression our vehicle was being worked on while he was trying to pitch us a sale. They held up our car our car did not get tires and we had to come back the next day so unprofessional and inconvenient and cost me money

Paid for an alignment. Part malfunction caused alignment to not be complete. Could not offer a solution to fix. Still charged full price. Anywhere I havr ever gone for an alignment they have not charged me if they couldn't complete 100%.
