I booked a 10:30 appointment for tires that took 3 hours. Why bother having appointments. I was quoted 600 and it was 700.

The service was good, service staff is overwhelmed and needs help. There were more salesmen then service. With everything on a Saturday schedule I waited 3hrs.. service staff remained professional. Waiting area needs coffee machine with accessories. Have the Diner next door assist you.

Terrible getting through to service. On hold x 30 minutes trying to get info on the car. When I picked up car, it was almost completely empty... 1 mile cruising distance (was about 20 when I dropped off), so extremely stressful getting to a gas station. Given that I spent over $2000 on repairs, they could have at least given me a heads up... or put a gallon in. I would have paid for it, but to leave me essentially empty was horrible service. I bought this car from Runnemede, but can't see why I would ever go back after this debacle.

Michael Joyce was very nice. Also, got Complimentary (no cost) auto check for my Toyota Camry Hybrid - before winter - as have 24 months Plan Another nice worker brought my car for me - which I like - as I want to be very careful of my car, & other cars in lot. I would have paid for car cleaning per car manual but not available.
