You screwed is over. Bought vehicle. Everything worked fine. Brought vehicle in for safety ck and oil change the following week. Your service person didn’t put the cap back on after the oil change. All of the oil coated under the hood of the car and bunked everything up. This is when the airflow control stopped being controlled by the console dials. When your service dept FINALLY got the oil mess cleaned up, we were assured by Jim Reeves that as soon as the wonderful warranty I purchase started, you’d get the airflow control taken care of. Again, no o e bothered to follow up. So we made an appt to bring the car back in. That morning we received a call from Jim Reeves stating it had fallen through the cracks getting the part ordered to fix the air flow control. Several days passed, then Jim Reeves called and stated the warranty wouldn’t cover it. That I’d bought the vehicle “as is”. Well, everything worked fine when I bought it. Your service dept screwed up and caused the issues. So, either take care of the damage you have caused by your negligence, or quit bothering us. I will tell everyone I know not to go to Don Wood for service or to buy a vehicle. You are dishonest, and cons across the place.

He did the work in a very timely manner, did a great job with the oil change and installing the new battery. I was especially pleased with the fact that I didn’t have to reset anything with the battery replacement.

Cassandra was genuinely friendly and very quick getting my vehicle in for service and after when she gave me an overview of what was done and processing my payment. 10/10!

They weren't able to work on my vehicle, but it wasn't for the lack of trying. Kassy worked very hard to try to get my warranty info to open a claim, she just wasn't able to. Once things are straightened out, I will definitely go back there to have any service done that I might need.

The lady at the counter tired to charge me for warranty work and was very rude. We have been a customer since 2020 and have bought multiple vehicles. Not one time have I had to deal with a new person like her. The service guys are always great and take pride in their work as well as the salesman. I hate to leave a bad review and I’m sorry for that
