I’m always thankful for the integrity shown by the service dept there. Rather than do shoddy work they offer correct advice regarding work to be done. This is the main reason I use them for mine and our companies ford flex vehicles.
I was very happy with the gentleman who does the communication with the customer. I was not aware of ford pass dollars. He showed me that and I was able to use it to play for my service.
My low tire “fork” was still on when I started to leave. The guy at the desk was great, rechecked all the tires. Air was good but the light remains on. I worry I’ll get out and have a low tire or flat. Otherwise, everything was super as usual!
Bradley and Larry were quick to respond on short notice when a brake issue appeared just before I had to leave town for an important medical appointment in Cleveland. They provided immediate service with repairs completed 100% to my satisfaction.

When I made the appointment for this service I asked them to check my wheels because there seems to be a balance issue. When I dropped off my truck I again mentioned the issue but when the truck was ready I was told that nothing was done as far as balancing because the technician didn’t have time and that I’d have to reschedule. Had I been told this when I made the appointment I would have scheduled for another day. Now one day has become two.
Bradley is a great guy. He did all that I wanted and those that couldn't be done, he explained to me why.
The repair was completed in the exact time I was quoted.
Always the price you tell us. I believe you do a good job.
