I have taken my vehicles to many Ford dealerships and car places since roughly 2002-2007 with mixed experiences, sometimes it was good, sometimes it was not. It has been a blessing to find a team that is this consistent.
Bradley and Larry are shining stars amongst the Ford Team and I am so lucky to have come across Donwood. I am greatly appreciative of the communication from the team, the quick responses, the humor, but most importantly the dedication to resolving any issues our family’s vehicles have had throughout the year we’ve been in Athens since we moved from Maryland/DC.

Angie was so helpful and patient with me as a first time insurance user for bodywork, I was nervous and clueless. She also helped me by recommending enterprise rental car out of Lancaster who delivered and picked up my rental while my van was being serviced. This was an incredible help to me and I will be sure to spread the word!
Angie took my cold call….i hit a deer and the front end of my vehicle looked worse than Al Pacino in The Godfather III…she reassured me that they will bring it back to life (like Jesus himself - my words) and I won’t notice the difference. Three weeks later and she was absolutely right! Angie and the Don Wood Team hit a grand slam repairing my vehicle and allowed me to keep it on their lot an extra 24 hours while I wrestled with the rental car company.

Always gets me in when needed. All of them are very helpful.
I have been satisfied in the past, but this oil change, not so much, oily hand marks on door handle, and hood, this might sound piddly, but it's just not professional to someone who takes great pride in there vehicles. Also when I parked truck in garage tonight, it's dripping oil, agian not professional, I know you all have parts cleaner to clean of the frame/ cross members.
Thanks to Larry again, he truly makes the customers feel like they’re one of the “family”!
