I bought my vehicle in Nebraska. I had my first year or so service done there. I appreciate how they washed my vehicle at each service (rain or shine and even in the winter). Also- water and coffee would be good. I saw a sign that stated coffee by the showroom. I think you meant the coffee next to the restaurant ..? So no one was drinking any. Paying 100.00+ for an oil change these are 2 simple things that keep your people happy. I’ll be honest. When I think about purchasing a vehicle I also factor in the place I have to go to for my services. I have yet to find a Toyota dealership as nice as my old one (Corwin Toyota in Bellevue NE near Omaha). We had snacks, drinks, a kid play area equipped w tv’s and iPads, car washes, and a display of water, fish and animals to enjoy (and to keep the kids happy). All places rate very low after that experience. It truly is appreciated by you he customers. A restaurant in the waiting area, in my opinion, is tacky.
