I wouldn't normally take time to fill out a survey, but I do think it's very important that this visit be recognized. It was completely in line with my past experiences at Fernelius Toyota: quality service and a job well done with nothing but friendly professionalism. At the heart of this visit was Heather Ford, who was communicative and extremely helpful with explaining my car's needs and different options for meeting those needs. It should be especially noted that people like Heather are what make service at Fernelius what it is: service-oriented and committed to the highest quality available. I hope that this message transmits just how special and important Heather, and other team members like her, are to the Frenelius Toyota team!

When we arrived to service area Ryan greeted us. He asked us our concerns about our vehicle. We had several items on our list and he was patient as we talked through each of them. He repeated back to us what we had said. Very proffessional.

If Heather was the young lady who waited on me in the service department, I would say that she did a great job. She answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. She made the difference between an ordinary service visit like I get in TC or Labadie, and an excellent experience. Well done.
