When I made the appointment for service I was NOT told that the 2 recalls that I partially came to have fixed that the parts were not there to fix the recall. Now I will have to make the 3 hour round trip to come back for that.

Parts were ordered to be covered by extended warranty but you are unable to schedule an appointment until Oct 19. We will be gone for winter by then. So, no I am not happy with your service.
It was very disappointing to wait two weeks to get an appointment, and then to have that appointment be only an evaluation and that even though the required part could be delivered in one day, the car cannot be worked on for two weeks. I've already postponed a trip to New Mexico because of the first delay in an appointment. Now I have to drive 1700 miles with a car giving me a bunch of error messages because I can't stay in Michigan another two weeks. Given that I purchased the vehicle from you in June I'd think the dealership would hold a number of appointments open for new buyers and for individuals who are not able to stay in the area.
Failure to diagnose fuel problem despite two visits and multiple representations about the problem spanning over two years, No second opinion sought for diagnoses but a reliance on one persons olfactory capabilities. The problem persists.

I always feel the service can be trusted at Fernelius. I have another car to bring for seasonal service next week, and I'm sure I'll be pleased again.

The people made it such a pleasant experience. The service was quick and the waiting area was clean and comfortable.
I’m not bitter or upset, but there’s a definite issue w my 2015 ram 1500 that they weren’t able to find, and it cost me a lot of money. I’m sort of satisfied but not completely. I’m going to wind up driving it until it’s even more obviously broken, and I don’t like or want to do that.
