My car should have been washed! Service good except drove home with dirty car unvacuumed too! I gues I expected a wash and vacuum after the long winter. Not to mention the drive distance! Sure do like your lunch room and clean restroom!

Having electrical problems with my car over the last several weeks and apparently they just clear the codes and tell you’re good to go and charge you! A horrible experience! Not 10 miles later the same code comes up again you turn around and go back and finally they tell you the sensor is bad. When you can’t use your cruise control for two weeks. You obviously know somethings wrong. They had all the information and still try to say nothing was wrong with the car. This is very frustrating. I had to fight to prove something was wrong with my car.

The high price(almost three times what another mechanic charged for the same service) of diagnostics to ultimately tell me “ he thinks it’s a head gasket, so he recommends a new motor.” Also the price of a new motor is probably twice what the car is worth.

This was work done for insurance . I told them in January it was not done correctly and I was brushed aside. Now the body work has been done at fernelius ford and they confirmed the issue with my alignment now my vehicle has been back at fernelius toyota for almost 2 weeks and I have not been contacted once!!! I am very displeased. I bought my vehicle from here and trusted you with the work.
