Asked Ryan if they could look over the entire truck and they made sure everything was solid on my truck and made sure I was aware of the condition. 10/10 would send anyone I know there
The whole experience was pleasant! The staff welcomed me right away and got right to the job at hand. The lounge was nice and comfortable to wait in and I took a walk and asked a salesperson a question. He was very polite and helpful with his answer. By the time I went back to sit down the recall repair was done and I was on my way. I am very happy with the service experience! Thank you all very much!

Very poor customer service. I made an appt for an oil change and muffler repair. When I arrived I was told it could not be fixed because I was scheduled in express?? Now I have to take another day off work to get this fixed. I’ve been on the phone today trying to schedule this repair but no one seems to be able to help. I am waiting for someone named Matt to call me back?? Can someone help me? ****-****-xxxx. Very disappointing as I always had good experiences in the past w yips.

We sincerely appreciate the time Matt took to correctly diagnose the problem with our vehicle. We'd brought it to two other mechanics who couldn't determine why the car wouldn't start. We also were very impressed that he documented the entire diagnosis in detail on the receipt. To top it off, he was able to save us a significant amount of money. Heather was great! I was quite a bit early and she had my recall and update done before my appointment for my oil change so I didn’t end up there for for a better part of the evening. She was thorough when explaining what they had done, and was very friendly. 10/10 stars. Would recommend :)
