I was wrongly charged for service to my 4Runner. With a little over 12k miles, which is still under warranty until 2 years or 25k miles! Brought to servicemen’s attention and they just shrugged me off! I was in a hurry bc I was late from work. When I had more time I looked at the receipt and they have my mileage wrong! Not great service if they can’t even get the mileage correct!! Now it makes me wonder did they actually do the whole service! This isn’t the first time Don Wood has tried to charge for work that’s covered under Toyotas warranty!
