Ruben was first rate. Greeted me like I was a family member or friend. Gave me some outstanding advice and guidance and made me feel like I was at home. The service was completed quicker than his estimate and I was headed back home in no time. I’ve been to a lot of auto service areas in my time and my experience with your dealership was one of the best...mostly due to my interaction with Ruben.

Dropped the vehicle off Monday A M for service Received a phone call and text that all repairs were made and the vehicle was ready to be picked up Picked the vehicle up Thursday A M and found out no repairs were made - that a part was on order and would be 3 - 6 weeks

I purchased my 2013 Chevrolet camaro ss from Rob almost a year ago. I was informed then that I had a year's worth of free oil changes so I drove there for an oil change. Long story short I was being charged and it seems as though they couldn't find any record of my vehicle purchase there as I was asked twice if I purchased it from there or next door at ancira. I wasn't expecting to have the red carpet rolled out for me but the experience was not pleasant.

This past Thursday took my F150 for express oil change.. Was told 3 hour wait for EXPRESS service as your main service bays were closed for an undisclosed reason.. Decided to go to another express oil change dealership. Jackie is awesome...Great personality and product knowledgeable...

Ruben was fantastic, if I bring my Jeep back to this dealership it will only be because of him. I am not satisfied with the initial service I received. Ruben took over my service process after the initial service. When I first came in, I told the person that checked me in, I was getting the ACC battery not ready, charging. I told that service person, I liked that it didn’t work, because I did not like the feature. When I went to pick it up, there was 125 charge to run diagnostics and that it all checked out good. After a “discussion”, I was told that it would not effect my warranty and it should go off once the battery charged. And, if it didn’t, the battery would be replaced at no charge to me. The error continued, the battery was replaced at no charge to me. I was told the message should clear once the battery had a few days to charge. It has not, the error still displays. To sum this up, when the battery did not clear, I was told it would not affect my warranty, not to worry- which was my original question. I paid 125 for diagnostic. Your dealership paid for a battery and labor which did not fix the error message. I am smarter about your process. I will make sure, no work is done without cost estimate approval by me. I will NEVER pay for a diagnostic test again if the cost is to me. I’d love to see your service people fix it without running one.
