There was a recall and the vehicle was repaired but i had to take it back because it was not done correctly. The second time the service manager promised to to the work in one hour, but after two hours they told me i had to leave the vehicle. I don’t appreciate that your time is valuable but my time is not. The next day they called later in the afternoon but it was impossible for me to pick it up. The following day I called to ask if a shuttle was available, and the answer was yes but in a couple hours, they could not estimate how many hours. This is not acceptable because it was Boerne Jeep’s fault for not repairing the vehicle and inspect the work and the second mistake to asure to fix the problem in one hour and the third mistake not to have any regard for your clients time
