Delayed response with the status update of my Jeep. Poor communication. Customer service is not what I expected. I was told that I didn't need an appointment and yet my Jeep didn't get looked at until the next day. However many vehicles they had to service was not my fault. If I'm told something I expect for you to follow through. Don't give me false hope. I also had to pay for a rental car out of my pocket because my Jeep wasn't looked at when I was told. Very unsatisfied and will not recommend.
The service was great, very respectful staff. He answered all of my questions and the service didnt take too long. I also want to give a big thanks to your salesman eddie white, he saw me checking out some trucks and offered help with looking at new trucks, im not ready for a new truck so i declined but he still offered to get me coffee which i definitely accepted. Great staff and if i decide to trade up im going back to yall and calling eddie white!

Way to many people without mask and getting way to close to me with out a mask. I understand that Boerne Dodge may not require mask but when someone has it on, I do not need the service people breathing on me. I will not be bring my truck back to get service.

The service was great. They couldn’t rotate the tires because the wheel lock wasn’t in the truck. They were the last ones to use it . They said they ordered me one because the whole department including parts did not have one for my truck which I bought from there.

Matthew kept me up to date on the status of my car while it was in for service. He explained everything that was going on and the issue the car was having and what it would take to get the car repaired. No surprises.
Matthew was attentive and knowledgable; however, service was out of parts for a recall so now I have to go back in 7 days for the 2nd recall on my vehicle.

Quick service. The techs actually changed my tire pressure after rotating my tires! They have not done that in the past.
Made sure that I was taken care of and even called me in to get my vehicle fixed, due to my situation in he military. I will continue to go back to them for further normal maintenance.
