Steven is the best. He listens to everything that I tell him is wrong, and everything get fixed to perfection. He is the best. I have been going to him since 2007 and he takes pride in being the person to have any of my auto problems taken care of immediately. He is an asset to the Audi team, and my go to service manager. He keeps my A5 cabriolet in perfect performance.

The buying experience was perfect, until the second day I call the sales man and never got an answer from him. We didn't make it to the house with the car I called him to find out what to do and he never replied. The service department lied from the beginning saying my car was going to be ready within a week. I know that was impossible but I let it slide, what really got my mad was every time I spoke to them they will tell me the same thing, I'll be ready for next Friday or next Tuesday, and after 3 weeks I finally got my car full of greased on the driver door. Unfortunately this was my first and last time taking the car to the service department on this dealership I will try some one else next time.
