Had work done on rear view mirror and worked was done well but mirror and windshield were filthy. Fingerprints and smudges all over the place. Would have expected more from our first experience with Audi.
Luana was extremely professional. She knows what she is doing and she is very knowledgeable. She is also kind and know how to treat customer.
