It vas a great experience, excellent customer service
The only issue was that I was told my car would be ready when I arrived and I was told to wait and my car wwould come right out, but I had to wait about 15 minutes
Steve was quick, thorough and knowledgeable about what work needed to be done on my car based on my feedback. I accepted his recommendations and am happy about the service.
Our car was sequestered for 7 days and proper information wasn’t related or addressed to workers. Will be contacting Audi North American to describe what happened and what faults needs to be addressed ASAP to provide further improvements. Your staff at coconut creek starting with Steve manager is low life and can’t handle people to our standards. I’m disgusted and never buy Audi or be near it unless problem is resolved
Incorrect resolution writeup. Unlikely that the resulting tests were performed. The rep defense was even more bafling.
I think that the prices of the service were too high. It has cost me $1500 for labor in 1 day? Also, the price of additional service offered was 5x more than I have paid to my local mechanic. The tires I am getting for $300 are less than what you have quoted. Don't get me wrong, I do like Audi and the service but the price is way too high.
I do want to comment that the tire bolt covers were not put back on my tire that was fixed due to a flat tire and the covers were in my coffee cup holder were I told the service people they were there before service. I love Audi but your service prices are getting super expensive and I think paying attention to all details is a must for the prices you charge.

Horrible service, no need to call as I won’t be back ever. I made an appointment in which I told the person on the phone that I had Bluetooth issue. Steve my miserable service advisor told me to phone him before I arrived so I did. He told me you do not handle technology issues on the weekend but your person took the appointment, he says he would try but may need to come back in which I said fine if I get a loaner and he said u don’t give loaners for tech issues, I went along with it, sat there an hour received my car back the same **** way I left it, still not working and he said there is no fix for now. No need to call back, your service **** as Steve’s attitude. I even came in two week ago just to see if someone could look at it, I happened to ask Steve and he had no interest in helping then and could if told me then that he can’t fix it, **** horrible service
