Two major issues. I was misinformed when I called about what might be wrong with the MMS system and the infernal buzzing of the emergency signal that cannot be turned off apparently. I had made an appointment doe that and the recall and they called me to tell me not to come in and cancelled my appointment as they ordered the recall part. They would call me when it came in. They never called. So finally I called and asked and they said the part had been reassigned as I never came in. I raised a bit of heck and they stole another part to get me in within a week. Then they tell me the MMS system replacement part needs to come from Germany and will take 2-3 weeks. This has all been a very inconvenient and mistake laden experience. I may have to try another dealership in West Palm. Thanks for listening.

Steven was easy to deal with and kept me posted. I have been treated well by him each time I’ve been there. Glad he’s my service guy. It took a while but that wasn’t his fault, the place was busy. You may want to schedule less appointments at the same time to shorten the wait.
