Once I got the car home the computer screens went all blue, again, I would attach a picture but this portal does not allow for it. Theissue with the computer system has not been resolved, not Giancarlo’s fault, he’s been great. Resetting the system and pairing/unpairing phones is not enough testing at the dealership to resolve this issue, that has been done several times, we have done extensive troubleshooting with Audi direct, the car is new, the computer continues to fail preventing use of air conditioning, wireless cell phones, and all the other functionality that comes with the computer system. Hard resetting the computer then pairing and in pairing phones as a test is not going to resolve this issue. Apologies for any frustration on my part, we absolutely love the car, and the dealership is terrific along with all the people in service that have been helping us. This is a complex issue that requires more significant testing before the car is given back to us. I suggest you have the technician is working on this issue contact me directly so that he or she has a better understanding of what the issue is and the type of testing that would be required to make sure the car is in good order and the computers are working.
