I appreciate the wash on top of the general service. And biggest of all I appreciate the service team putting on my arm rest extender for me. I’m sure I could have figured it out on my own. But knowing someone with experience with it could knock it out while it was getting serviced was awesome. Big thanks for that!
The service department at this dealership is top notch. They listen to what I have to say, detect what needs to be done, and then executes the tasks in a professional manner. Manager Chris has a good team and I applaud how well they work together. Service writer Jesus recognizes me and instinctively what I need. I bought my Forester new 23 months ago. It has 88,600 miles on it. I plan on acquiring my next vehicle here once it hits @ 200,000 miles.

It took 6 weeks and countless calls to the dealership and Subaru corporate offices to get warranty work completed. My "service advisor " was nearly impossible to get on the phone and when I did finally get to actually talk to her, she was pretty much useless. Her supervisor had to handle everything simply because she doesn't have a clue about her job. This entire repair should have taken no more than a week. The only good thing I can say is that they did provide me a very nice loaner car while they were fumbling with the warranty repair. This was handled so poorly that I will never go back to that dealership and will think twice about buying another Subaru
Drove vehicle back home and smoke was coming from under the hood. We did not have that issue before we dropped it off for an oil change, rear brake repair and tire rotation. Car was towed back to Rockwall Subaru. Waiting for an update.
