This was my first time interacting with Sandra and she spoke to me in a condescending manner since I was a few months over the 6 month oil change mark. I think she then took that opportunity to take advantage of me and tried to convince me the oil had turned to sludge and needed $350 of work now when I just came in for an oil change and inspection. I didn’t fall for that, but still shouldn’t have accepted the “basic” package she pressured me into that was presented in a paragraph so I couldn’t see the itemized charges. I see now I got tricked into worthless, overpriced oil and coolant additives. My bad for coming in sleep deprived when I should’ve been on my game. I definitely got the “stealership” feeling today with zero warmth. Jesus has always been courteous and I never felt that way with him.

As usual great service ….
Waited for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was standing at the service desk. Multiple individuals were at the computers. The “service advisor” I got claimed I needed a new windshield for two rock chips, I will be getting it fixed by someone else. I have had multiple service appointments before and the service received was good. Hope this is not the new norm, if so I will take my business elsewhere.
