Sandra took very good care of me. She understood exactly what I wanted done. Diagnosed accordingly, and executed perfectly. She also helped me with some peripheral information and advice which I appreciate. The staff up there has been exceptionally accommodating since I bought my Subaru new 18 months ago.
Everything was done in a timely manner & service was excellent as always!

The service was great but I do have a suggestion. A separate room for parents with children would be nice. That way toys and entertainment for the children could be provided. The waiting area was like a day care center. It took four hours for the repair of my car. Most of the time children were screaming and running around. My head was pounding and my nerves were shot. As I live 45 minutes from Rockwall it was not possible to drop my car off and leave. I called my husband a couple of times and he couldn’t believe the screaming. I even saw one little boy kick a showroom car. Quite an awful experience. The kids even ate all the treats that I see are provided in the commercials.
Sandra makes this dealership worth returning. I have been over frustrated with the companies maintenance timing. If you wait, your car may be finished under 3 hours. If you require a loaner car due to not having the physical time to wait. Then you’re looking at an all day repair! I have experienced this on multiple occasions and I am only at 30,000 miles. If I continue to use this service department, it appears that I have an extended wait time for not taking up space in the lobby. When you do wait, you can rest assure sales reps and managers will circle you to view additional add ons! Super frustrating! I just want a service department hat does not up sale on products I do not require.
