Jesus was great, he slid my car in over a holiday for repair and got a loaner car organized for me while my car was in Service. Excellent job all around by Jesus! One thing that did not happen was the wash/clean/detail of my car on the return… If you don’t do that anymore (even when requested) you should let your customers know. I thought that was a nice perk as a customer. Thx, L

Great staff, great service

My husband brought our vehicle in for our scheduled service of an oil change. The service rep asked my husband about rotating the tires, and my husband told him to call me before performing any other services. I never received a call and tire rotation was performed and charged. This is the 2nd time that the tire rotation has been performed without my permission. I am beginning to feel like the dealership is trying to scam it's customers. How will you fix this??

I was very pleased. I came in for a 36,000 mile check and Jesus was wonderful to work with. I knew I probably needed new tires so I got those and Jesus went over line by line his recommendation of what should be done now and what could wait. He answered all my questions with respect and kindness as we made a plan for service. He found that my transmission needed replacing and my car was still under warranty! I did notice it was driving a little differently, but didn’t know why. Jesus issued me a loaner car while the transmission was being replaced which was so great. My car now runs so much better and I can tell the difference from the moment I drove it home. Jesus even found me a coupon to apply to my bill. I am very pleased with my service at Subaru. He did a great job as well ad the guy who replaced my transmission. I always come away from my service there feeling that my car has been well serviced and pleased with how kind and respectful everyone is. Thank you Jesus and Team Subaru!
